Perform Fire Sprinkler System 5-Year inspection based on the latset NFPA 25 requirements.

Notes:

• For all repairs required after the inspection, a separate cost estimate will be provided.
• Yearly Back Flow test (B.F. loacted on Detector Check Valve that is part of the City Connection) is not part of the 5-Year Test.
• "5-Year Certificate" required by the California State Fire Marshall will be issued to the appropriate authorities AFTER all repairs have been performed by Regency.
